If you have selected the delivery option, it is not possible to receive the bike before the reserved date.
However, you can add an early delivery or pickup as an extra service during the booking process for an additional cost of €30, subject to bike availability. The early pickup is available between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM the day before your reservation.
Yes! We offer a delivery service across Mallorca, with prices varying depending on the number of days of your reservation. The delivery cost ranges from €30 to €70, with longer bookings benefiting from lower delivery costs:
€70 for 1-day rentals
€50 for 2-day rentals
€42 for 3-day rentals
€38.50 for 4-day rentals
€35 for 5-day rentals
€30 for 6 or more days
The more days you rent, the cheaper the delivery becomes!

No, we do not offer hourly rentals. The minimum rental period is one full day.

Each rented bike comes with the following accessories:

Yes! At the end of each season, we renew our fleet to ensure our rental bikes are always in top condition. If you’re interested, you can contact VAS Rent a Bike to purchase one of the bicycles being withdrawn from our rental fleet.

No, bike cleaning is our job! You are not required to return the bike spotless.
However, we do ask that you return it in good condition, avoiding excessive dirt or mud buildup. 🚴♂️🧼✅

No, bicycles are rented without pedals by default.
At VAS Rent a Bike, we offer different types of pedals as an extra service. Don’t forget to select your preferred option when booking your bike! 🚴♂️
We have two bike rental stores located in:

🚚 Delivery service is only available in Palma de Mallorca.

To cancel your bike rental reservation, please keep the following conditions in mind:
✅ More than 30 days in advance – 100% refund of the amount paid.
✅ Between 29 and 7 days in advance – 50% refund of the amount paid.
❌ 6 days or less before the rental date – No refund will be issued.
If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible.
Additionally, you can purchase cancellation insurance starting at €8 during the booking process. This insurance allows you to cancel your reservation and recover the amount paid, as long as the cancellation is made at least 72 hours before the rental start date.
Yes! At VAS Rent a Bike, we offer rentals for both individuals and groups. This is a great option if you’re traveling with your team for training or riding with your cycling group.
