If you have selected the delivery option, it is not possible to receive the bike before the reserved date.
However, if you prefer to pick up the bike at our location, you can request an early pickup by sending an email to info@vasrentabike.com. Depending on the bike’s availability, you may be able to collect it the afternoon before your reservation.

Yes! We offer a delivery service across Mallorca for a minimum fee of €15. If you choose both delivery and collection, the total cost will be €30.

What is the maximum number of days I can have a rented bicycle for?
There is no limit on the number of days you can rent a bike. Whether you need it for a day, a week, or even a whole month, we’ve got you covered!
No, we do not offer hourly rentals. The minimum rental period is one full day.
This way, you can fully enjoy your ride without time constraints! 🚴♂️⏳
Each rented bike comes with the following accessories:

✅ Saddle bag with a spare inner tube and tools
✅ Pump

Yes! At the end of each season, we renew our fleet to ensure our rental bikes are always in top condition. If you’re interested, you can contact VAS Rent a Bike to purchase one of the bicycles being withdrawn from our rental fleet.

No, bike cleaning is our job! You are not required to return the bike spotless.

We have two bike rental stores located in:

🚚 Delivery service is only available in Palma de Mallorca.

To cancel your bike rental reservation, please keep the following conditions in mind:
✅ More than 15 days in advance – 100% refund of the amount paid.
✅ Between 14 and 7 days in advance – 50% refund of the amount paid.
❌ 6 days or less before the rental date – No refund will be issued.
If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. 🚴♂️📅
