In our store, you can find different types of professional bicycles. Among our bicycle catalog, you will find road bikes, mountain bikes, urban bikes, hybrid bikes, e-bikes, among other modalities.

If you have chosen the delivery option, it is not possible to receive the bicycle the day before the reserved date. In the case of collection at our location, you have to send an email to info@vasrentabike.com to request it. Depending on the availability of the bicycle, you can pick it up the previous afternoon at the store.

Yes, we do offer both home and accommodation delivery services.  The prices depending on the delivery area will be: 

- 30€ for distances less than 30 km. 

- 60€ for distances less than 60 km. 

- 90€ for distances up to a radius of 120 km. 

 

There is no limit to the number of days. You can rent a bicycle for a day, a week, or even a whole month.

No. The minimum rental period is one full day.

A bottle cage, a saddle bag with spare inner tube and tools, and one pump.

When you rent a bicycle at VAS Rent a Bike, you also have the option to hire the following extras: Basic insurance. Helmet (subject to availability, free of charge) and pedals (free of charge). Also subject to availability are support cars for groups, saddlebags, luggage racks, official Cycling Friendly route maps, and an expert cycling guide.

Yes. At the end of each season, we renew our fleet to always offer bicycles in the best conditions. If you want, you can contact VAS Rent a bike to buy one of the bicycles that we will be withdrawing from our rental fleet.

At VAS Rent a bike, we prioritize quality, which is why you will only find bicycles and accessories from top brands such as Specialized, Cannondale and Orbea in our store.

The bicycles that you can rent in our store are mainly made of materials such as carbon, which allows you to be more agile and enjoy cycling even more.

Yes, we offer bike rentals for individuals and for groups, which is a great option if you come with your team to train.

At VAS Rent a Bike, we don't hide prices, so the price you see on the screen is the price you'll pay for your rental.

Bicycle cleaning is our job, the customer is not obliged to return it spotless.

Of course! At VAS Rent a Bike we will be happy to adjust the bike to your measurements.

Bicycles are rented by default without pedals. At VAS Rent a Bike, we offer different types of pedals as an extra service at no cost. Don't forget to select them once you have chosen your preferred bike.

If you have your own pedals and saddle and prefer to use them on the rental bike for greater comfort or because you are used to them, at VAS Rent a Bike it is possible to do so.

To cancel the reservation of a bicycle rental you must take into account the following conditions:

  • If you give notice more than 15 days in advance, 100% of the amount will be refunded.
  • If you cancel between 14 and 7 days in advance, 50% of the amount will be refunded.
  • Finally, if you cancel your reservation 6 days before the chosen date, no percentage of the payment will be refunded.
