Both the expo and the related events of Sea Otter Europe 2024 are held in the town of Girona, Catalonia (Spain).
To enhance participants’ experience, VAS Rent a Bike offers the possibility to rent online some top-notch bicycles for the event, including: Cannondale Supersix Evo Carbon 3 (road bike), Scalpel Carbon 3 (MTB), and CANNONDALE Topstone Carbon Rival Axs (Gravel).
Of course! At VAS Rent a Bike we offer the possibility of contracting additional accessories to complement your cycling experience for Sea Otter Europe. We have a variety of accessories available, such as safety helmets, specific pedals for different types of cycling, water bottles to keep you hydrated during your rides, and locks to ensure the safety of your bike when you take a break.
At VAS Rent a Bike, we offer our customers the option of purchasing basic insurance to protect their bicycle during the rental period. This insurance, available for just €5, covers up to €500 in case of damage or breakage of the bicycle, providing peace of mind and additional protection during the rental period. Please note that this insurance does not cover theft.
If you choose not to purchase the insurance with your bike rental, a deposit of €200 must be paid before the rental period begins. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the rental period, provided the bicycle is returned in good condition.
At VAS Rent a Bike, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require canceling a reservation. To cancel your reservation, you simply have to contact us by email following the instructions in section 3 of our terms and conditions. These are detailed below the conditions and costs of cancellation according to the moment in which we are notified:If you cancel at least 30 days before the pick-up date, the full advance payment made on the reservation will be refunded.If the cancellation is made between 15 and 30 days before the start of the rental, 50% of the value of the reservation will be charged and the remaining 50% will be refunded.If the cancellation is made less than 15 days before the start of the rental, 100% of the total value of the reservation will be charged and the amount due will be charged to your debit/credit card.In case of not picking up the bicycles on the day scheduled for rental, the total payment of the reservation will be charged to your debit/credit card.Please note that cancellations due to weather conditions are not accepted.If you foresee a delay in the collection of the bicycle(s) of more than 24 hours, we request that you inform us. Otherwise, we will cancel your reservation the day after the start date, applying the corresponding fees.At VAS Rent a Bike, we are committed to providing a transparent and fair service, and these cancellation conditions allow us to guarantee the availability of our bikes for all our clients.
The process for picking up and returning rented bikes will take place at the official VAS Rent a Bike stand at Sea Otter Europe. Specific details regarding timing and location will be provided upon reservation.
Answer: Bike rental with VAS Rent a Bike during Sea Otter Europe includes the use of the selected bike for the specified period, as well as basic adjustments and technical assistance if needed during the event.
It is recommended to make a reservation in advance to ensure availability of the desired bike during Sea Otter Europe. However, rentals will also be available on-site at the event, subject to availability.
