Can the bike be delivered to my hotel in Mallorca?
We know: nothing like getting up in the morning, going to have breakfast at your hotel buffet and, at the agreed time, finding yourself with the bike you have rented at the same reception.If you are one of those who prefer not to waste time traveling to the store, you can request delivery to the place of your choice. The price of hotel delivery has a cost of 30 euros.
Where should I pick up the rented bicycle?
If you have opted for an on-site pickup, our VAS Rent a Bike Mallorca headquarters is situated at Carrer Gremí de Corredors, 2A, 07009 Palma. We operate from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays.

Can I take out additional insurance when renting my bike in Mallorca? How much does it cost and what does it cover?
At VAS Rent a Bike, we offer our customers the option of purchasing basic insurance to protect their bicycle during the rental period. This insurance, available for just €5, covers up to €500 in case of damage or breakage of the bicycle, providing peace of mind and additional protection during the rental period. Please note that this insurance does not cover theft.If you choose not to purchase the insurance with your bike rental, a deposit of €200 must be paid before the rental period begins. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the rental period, provided the bicycle is returned in good condition.
Is it possible to modify or cancel my bicycle rental reservation in Mallorca?
At VAS Rent a Bike Mallorca, cancellations must be made via email following section 3 of our terms and conditions. Cancellations at least 30 days before pick-up receive a full refund. Between 15 and 30 days prior, 50% is charged, with the rest refunded. Less than 15 days before, the full amount is charged. No-shows are also fully charged, and weather-related cancellations are not accepted. Delays over 24 hours must be reported, or the reservation will be canceled with applicable fees.If you don’t purchase insurance, a €200 deposit is required before rental. It will be refunded at the end, provided the bike is returned in good condition.
