We know: nothing like getting up in the morning, going to have breakfast at your hotel buffet and, at the agreed time, finding yourself with the bike you have rented at the same reception.If you are one of those who prefer not to waste time traveling to the store, you can request delivery to the place of your choice. The price of hotel delivery will vary depending on the distance we have to travel, with a minimum cost of 30 euros, except for reservations whose cost is greater than 350 euros, in which case delivery is free. The maximum distance for bicycle delivery from our VAS Rent a Bike Mallorca headquarters is 120 km.

If you have chosen to reserve the bicycle to pick it up at our premises, you can find us at our VAS Rent a Bike Mallorca headquarters at Carrer Gremí de Corredors, 2A, 07009 Palma. Our hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Of course! At VAS Rent a Bike Mallorca we offer the possibility of contracting additional accessories to complement your cycling experience. We have a variety of accessories available, such as safety helmets, specific pedals for different types of cycling, water bottles to keep you hydrated during your rides, and locks to ensure the safety of your bike when you take a break.

At VAS Rent a Bike, we offer our customers the option of purchasing basic insurance to protect their bicycle during the rental period. This insurance, available for just €5, covers up to €500 in case of damage or breakage of the bicycle, providing peace of mind and additional protection during the rental period. Please note that this insurance does not cover theft.

If you choose not to purchase the insurance with your bike rental, a deposit of €200 must be paid before the rental period begins. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the rental period, provided the bicycle is returned in good condition.

At VAS Rent a Bike Mallorca, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require canceling a reservation. To cancel your reservation, you simply have to contact us by email following the instructions in section 3 of our terms and conditions. These are detailed below the conditions and costs of cancellation according to the moment in which we are notified:If you cancel at least 30 days before the pick-up date, the full advance payment made on the reservation will be refunded.If the cancellation is made between 15 and 30 days before the start of the rental, 50% of the value of the reservation will be charged and the remaining 50% will be refunded.If the cancellation is made less than 15 days before the start of the rental, 100% of the total value of the reservation will be charged and the amount due will be charged to your debit/credit card.In case of not picking up the bicycles on the day scheduled for rental, the total payment of the reservation will be charged to your debit/credit card.Please note that cancellations due to weather conditions are not accepted.If you foresee a delay in the collection of the bicycle(s) of more than 24 hours, we request that you inform us.
