I can’t say enough about the excellent client service my partner and I received from VAS while we were vacationing in Mallorca. Not only did Doni ensure we were well equipped for (what ultimately became) a 3 day rental, when we experienced 2 consecutive flat tires and discovered one of tubes wasn’t going to work, she sent out her bike mechanic to fix both flat tires and extended our rental for another half day, all at no extra charge. So, despite the hiccup which could have potentially spoiled our vacation, VAS made it right and we were very happy customers! I highly recommend this company for its friendly and very caring approach to their customers!!
Very friendly desk employee and easy to reach via phone. Bikes had disk brake issues and crank issues. Got different bikes, similar issues. Mechanical said it was normal that the disk touches the brake pad when you spin the wheel without braking 🤣 If you want to bike for 1-2 hours a couple of times it would be good, ohterwhise bring your own bike.

I would recommend renting bikes from VAS without hesitation. They have been super helpful when we arrived to pick up the bikes and when we bring them back. Decided last minute to hire a bike for a few days. VAS were very helpful. An email enquiry with a prompt and helpful response, placed my order. I had requested delivery of bike so I sent email asking for a specific delivery time, I then recieved a message giving me details of delivery just when I wanted. Again with pick up requested a time and was aconodated. First class helpful service from start to finish. The bike was in showroom condition set up perfectly ( I’d sent my seat heigh measurements ) the Cannondale Systemsix was an absolute pleasure to ride, was perfectly maintained.Fist class bike from a really professional company giving great service. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. First ride of new 12 speed Ultegra was I impressed ? To be honest the Di2 shifting wasn’t any different to the 11 speed perfect shift every time even under load brakes the same and the 12th sprocket just keeps the climbing gears closer as it ramps up.which is really good. Only downside didn’t particularly like the shape of the the new shifter/hoods. This didn’t detract from the absolute please cycling on the island is facilitated by a superb bike from a first class bike rental company.

Fantastic bike rental service from VAS / Just! Rent a bike. I hired a Cannondale SuperSix Evo, which I own back in the UK. Easy process from start to finish. Very helpful staff in the shop, one of whom found me a bag to use as mine broke on way to store. Will certainly recommend to friends and will use again.

We know: nothing like getting up in the morning, going to have breakfast at your hotel buffet and, at the agreed time, finding yourself with the bike you have rented at the same reception.If you are one of those who prefer not to waste time traveling to the store, you can request delivery to the place of your choice. The price of hotel delivery will vary depending on the distance we have to travel, with a minimum cost of 30 euros, except for reservations whose cost is greater than 350 euros, in which case delivery is free. The maximum distance for bicycle delivery from our VAS Rent a Bike Mallorca headquarters is 120 km.
For those who have chosen to pick up their reserved bicycle in person, we are located at Carrer Gremí de Corredors, 2A, 07009 Palma, serving as the headquarters of VAS Rent a Bike Mallorca. Our operating hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on weekdays and from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays.

At VAS Rent a Bike, we offer our customers the option of purchasing basic insurance to protect their bicycle during the rental period. This insurance, available for just €5, covers up to €500 in case of damage or breakage of the bicycle, providing peace of mind and additional protection during the rental period. Please note that this insurance does not cover theft.

At VAS Rent a Bike Mallorca, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require canceling a reservation. To cancel your reservation, you simply have to contact us by email following the instructions in section 3 of our terms and conditions. These are detailed below the conditions and costs of cancellation according to the moment in which we are notified:If you cancel at least 30 days before the pick-up date, the full advance payment made on the reservation will be refunded.If the cancellation is made between 15 and 30 days before the start of the rental, 50% of the value of the reservation will be charged and the remaining 50% will be refunded.If the cancellation is made less than 15 days before the start of the rental, 100% of the total value of the reservation will be charged and the amount due will be charged to your debit/credit card.In case of not picking up the bicycles on the day scheduled for rental, the total payment of the reservation will be charged to your debit/credit card.Please note that cancellations due to weather conditions are not accepted.If you foresee a delay in the collection of the bicycle(s) of more than 24 hours, we request that you inform us. Otherwise, we will cancel your reservation the day after the start date, applying the corresponding fees.At VAS Rent a Bike Mallorca, we are committed to providing a transparent and fair service, and these cancellation conditions allow us to guarantee the availability of our bikes for all our clients.
