At VAS Rent a Bike, we offer our clients two insurance options to guarantee the protection of their electric scooter during the rental. The Basic Insurance is available for just €5 and covers up to €300 in case of breakage or damage to the electric scooter. On the other hand, we offer Advanced Insurance for €10, which provides broader coverage. This insurance covers up to €1,500 in breakage or damage to the electric scooter and also provides roadside assistance service for breakdowns within a radius of 50 km. Both insurance options are designed to provide peace of mind and additional protection during your electric scooter rental. These insurances do not offer coverage in case of theft.

At VAS Rent a Bike, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to cancel a reservation. To cancel your reservation, you simply have to contact us by email following the instructions in section 3 of our terms and conditions. Below are the cancellation conditions and costs according to the time we are notified: If you cancel at least 30 days before the pick-up date, the full advance payment made in the reservation will be refunded. If the cancellation is made between 15 and 30 days before the start of the rental, 50% of the value of the reservation will be charged and the remaining 50% will be refunded. If the cancellation is made less than 15 days before the start of the rental, it will be charged 100% of the total value of the reservation and the amount owed will be charged to your debit/credit card. In case of not picking up the bikes on the day scheduled for rental, the full payment of the reservation will be charged to your debit/credit card. Please note that cancellations due to weather conditions are not accepted.
