I can’t say enough about the excellent client service my partner and I received from VAS while we were vacationing in Mallorca. Not only did Doni ensure we were well equipped for (what ultimately became) a 3 day rental, when we experienced 2 consecutive flat tires and discovered one of tubes wasn’t going to work, she sent out her bike mechanic to fix both flat tires and extended our rental for another half day, all at no extra charge. So, despite the hiccup which could have potentially spoiled our vacation, VAS made it right and we were very happy customers! I highly recommend this company for its friendly and very caring approach to their customers!!

Very friendly desk employee and easy to reach via phone. Bikes had disk brake issues and crank issues. Got different bikes, similar issues. Mechanical said it was normal that the disk touches the brake pad when you spin the wheel without braking 🤣 If you want to bike for 1-2 hours a couple of times it would be good, ohterwhise bring your own bike.

Great bike, fantastic service and communications. Doni was super friendly, and extremely quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I had. Delivery and pick-up was easily scheduled and flawlessly executed. In short, VAS performed to perfection!! The best bike rental experience I could have ever imagined. I would recommend renting bikes from VAS without hesitation. They have been super helpful when we arrived to pick up the bikes and when we bring them back. Even if the shop was closed when we came back with the bikes, they opened it up for us. They have a very nice selection of bike for rent and to buy. Thanks again!

Nice Shop ! Friendly staff ! Top quality e-bikes with lots of power and a lot of range. We received a taylormade gpx roadbook at the shop. After a nice tour we enjoyed a well deserved ice cold beer at the VAS Rent A Bike boutique.

Decided last minute to hire a bike for a few days. VAS were very helpful. An email enquiry with a prompt and helpful response, placed my order. I had requested delivery of bike so I sent email asking for a specific delivery time, I then recieved a message giving me details of delivery just when I wanted. Again with pick up requested a time and was aconodated. First class helpful service from start to finish. The bike was in showroom condition set up perfectly ( I’d sent my seat heigh measurements ) the Cannondale Systemsix was an absolute pleasure to ride, was perfectly maintained.Fist class bike from a really professional company giving great service. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. First ride of new 12 speed Ultegra was I impressed ? To be honest the Di2 shifting wasn’t any different to the 11 speed perfect shift every time even under load brakes the same and the 12th sprocket just keeps the climbing gears closer as it ramps up.which is really good. Only downside didn’t particularly like the shape of the the new shifter/hoods. This didn’t detract from the absolute please cycling on the island is facilitated by a superb bike from a first class bike rental company.

Fantastic bike rental service from VAS / Just! Rent a bike. I hired a Cannondale SuperSix Evo, which I own back in the UK. Easy process from start to finish. Very helpful staff in the shop, one of whom found me a bag to use as mine broke on way to store. Will certainly recommend to friends and will use again.

Rented a full suss carbon mtb from here and it was great. Well maintained, helpful staff and good price for the quality of bike! One member of staff even realised I'd left my glasses in the shop and ran down the street to get them back to me. Random fact but still indicative of their helpfulness.Highly recommend

We absolutely loved the bikes, but most importantly, the friendly customer service - bikes delivered and collected on time. Fitted to our needs, pumps, extra inner tubes and essential tools included. I've done my research and the ratio quality/price is the best on Mallorca - considering you want to get high-end bikes like we did - Supersix Evos on Di2. Will recommend to all our friends and will come again. Thank you.

In our store, you can find different types of professional bicycles. Among our bicycle catalog, you will find road bikes, mountain bikes, urban bikes, hybrid bikes, e-bikes, among other modalities.

If you have chosen the delivery option, it is not possible to receive the bicycle the day before the reserved date. In the case of collection at our location, you have to send an email to info@vasrentabike.com to request it. Depending on the availability of the bicycle, you can pick it up the previous afternoon at the store.

Yes, we do offer both home and accommodation delivery services.  The prices depending on the delivery area will be: 

- 30€ for distances less than 30 km. 

- 60€ for distances less than 60 km. 

- 90€ for distances up to a radius of 120 km. 

 

There is no limit to the number of days. You can rent a bicycle for a day, a week, or even a whole month.

No. The minimum rental period is one full day.

A bottle cage, a saddle bag with spare inner tube and tools, and one pump.

When you rent a bicycle at VAS Rent a Bike, you also have the option to hire the following extras: Basic insurance. Helmet (subject to availability, free of charge) and pedals (free of charge). Also subject to availability are support cars for groups, saddlebags, luggage racks, official Cycling Friendly route maps, and an expert cycling guide.

Yes. At the end of each season, we renew our fleet to always offer bicycles in the best conditions. If you want, you can contact VAS Rent a bike to buy one of the bicycles that we will be withdrawing from our rental fleet.

At VAS Rent a bike, we prioritize quality, which is why you will only find bicycles and accessories from top brands such as Specialized, Cannondale and Orbea in our store.

The bicycles that you can rent in our store are mainly made of materials such as carbon, which allows you to be more agile and enjoy cycling even more.

Yes, we offer bike rentals for individuals and for groups, which is a great option if you come with your team to train.

At VAS Rent a Bike, we don't hide prices, so the price you see on the screen is the price you'll pay for your rental.

Bicycle cleaning is our job, the customer is not obliged to return it spotless.

Of course! At VAS Rent a Bike we will be happy to adjust the bike to your measurements.

Bicycles are rented by default without pedals. At VAS Rent a Bike, we offer different types of pedals as an extra service at no cost. Don't forget to select them once you have chosen your preferred bike.

If you have your own pedals and saddle and prefer to use them on the rental bike for greater comfort or because you are used to them, at VAS Rent a Bike it is possible to do so.

To cancel the reservation of a bicycle rental you must take into account the following conditions:

  • If you give notice more than 15 days in advance, 100% of the amount will be refunded.
  • If you cancel between 14 and 7 days in advance, 50% of the amount will be refunded.
  • Finally, if you cancel your reservation 6 days before the chosen date, no percentage of the payment will be refunded.
