I rented a road bike to see and do the stage of the Vuelta España 2023, and they only charged me for one day, since they did not open on Saturday or Sunday to return it. They understood that I was only going to use it that day, so everything was fine. Competitive price compared to the comparisons I made. Perfect, well-kept and quality bike. Recommendable!

If you have chosen to reserve the bicycle to pick it up at our premises, you can find us at our VAS Rent a Bike Arganda del Rey headquarters at C. Tomas Edison, 3, 28500 Arganda del Rey, Madrid, Spain. Our hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Of course! At our VAS Rent a Bike offices in Arganda del Rey we offer the possibility of hiring additional accessories to complement your cycling experience. We have a variety of accessories available, such as safety helmets, specific pedals for different types of cycling, water bottles to keep you hydrated during your rides, and locks to ensure the safety of your bike when you take a break.

At VAS Rent a Bike, we offer our customers the option of purchasing basic insurance to protect their bicycle during the rental period. This insurance, available for just €5, covers up to €500 in case of damage or breakage of the bicycle, providing peace of mind and additional protection during the rental period. Please note that this insurance does not cover theft.

If you choose not to purchase the insurance with your bike rental, a deposit of €200 must be paid before the rental period begins. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the rental period, provided the bicycle is returned in good condition.

At VAS Rent a Bike, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to cancel a reservation. To cancel your reservation, you simply have to contact us by email following the instructions in section 3 of our terms and conditions. Below are the cancellation conditions and costs depending on when we are notified: If you cancel at least 30 days before the pick-up date, the full advance payment made on the reservation will be refunded. If the cancellation is made between 15 and 30 days before the start of the rental, 50% of the value of the reservation will be charged and the remaining 50% will be refunded. If the cancellation is made less than 15 days before the start of the rental, it will be will charge 100% of the total value of the reservation and the amount owed will be charged to your debit/credit card. In case of not picking up the bicycles on the day scheduled for rental, the total payment of the reservation will be charged to your card debit/credit card. Please note that cancellations due to weather conditions are not accepted. If you anticipate a delay in the collection of the bicycle(s) of more than 24 hours, we request that you inform us. Otherwise, we will cancel your reservation the day after the start date, applying the corresponding fees.At VAS Rent a Bike, we are committed to providing a transparent and fair service, and these cancellation conditions allow us to guarantee the availability of our bicycles for all our clients.
