At VAS Rent a Bike La Nucía, we understand that you value your comfort during your vacation. For this reason, we offer a bicycle delivery service directly to your preferred location. The cost of delivery to the hotel may vary depending on the distance, with a minimum from 30 euros. However, if your reservation exceeds 350 euros, shipping is completely free! We make sure that your bike arrives at your doorstep so you can start your adventure without any setbacks. Please note that our delivery area covers a maximum radius of 120 km from our store in La Nucía.

If you have chosen to reserve the bicycle to pick it up at our premises, you can find us at our VAS Rent a Bike La Nucía headquarters at Av. Sorolla, 1, Centro Comercial Ricardo, 03530 La Nucia, Alicante. Our hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

At VAS Rent a Bike, we care about the protection of your bike while you rent it, which is why we offer two insurance options. The Basic Insurance, with a cost of €5, covers up to €300 in case of breakage or damage to the bicycle. For more complete coverage, you can choose the Advanced Insurance for €10, which includes protection of up to €1,500 in breakage or damage to the bicycle, as well as roadside assistance service in case of breakdowns that cannot be solved with the kit provided , in a radius of 50 km. Both the Basic Insurance and the Advanced Insurance are designed to give you peace of mind and security during your rental experience, although it is important to note that none of them cover situations of theft.

At VAS Rent a Bike La Nucía, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require canceling a reservation. To cancel your reservation, you simply have to contact us by email, following the instructions specified in section 3 of our terms and conditions. A Below, we present the conditions and cancellation charges:If you inform us of the cancellation at least 30 days before the date of collection, we will refund the total amount that you have paid as a prepayment in the reservation.In case of cancellation between 15 and 30 days before the rental start date, 50% of the value of the reservation will be charged, and the remaining 50% will be refunded.If the cancellation request is received less than 15 days before the rental start date, you will be charged 100% of the total value of the reservation, and the amount due will be charged to your debit/credit card.Please note that cancellations due to weather conditions are not accepted.If you are late in picking up the bike(s) for more than 24 hours, we ask that you inform us about it. Otherwise, we will cancel your reservation the day after the start date, applying the corresponding charges.
